The Druid Ensemble is a core group of freelance actors who work closely with Druid to shape the future direction of the company’s work.

A permanent Druid Ensemble was announced in 2013 and they remain at the centre of the company's creativity. The Ensemble meet regularly providing creative input to Druid’s artistic programme, through research and development of potential projects, and ensuring continuity across future programming.
The company’s acclaimed production of Waiting for Godot stemmed from the Druid Ensemble and is testament to the shared commitment of both the company and the ensemble in investigating new creative possibilities.
