How will I get my tickets? An electronic ticket will be issued at the time of booking. E-tickets can be scanned from your mobile device at the venue. Please ensure you have your emailed PDF ticket on your mobile device or your print-at-home ticket ready upon entry to ensure contactless ticketing.
Will you be contact tracing? Druid will retain relevant contact information for all audience members in order to fully assist the public health authorities in their role of contact tracing.
Can I attend if I’m feeling unwell? We ask that if you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms, that you remain at home and self-isolate. In this case, our box office can arrange a refund of your ticket.
Should I wear a mask? All patrons should wear a face covering for the safety and comfort of yourself and others. All Druid staff (with the exception of the actors) will wear face coverings.
