Once Upon a Bridge, a new play by Sonya Kelly, directed by Sara Joyce will be live streamed from The Mick Lally Theatre, Galway, direct to your home this February.

Here is everything you need to know before the live performances!

How to Contact us?

Can I make changes to my booking?

We’re unable to make any changes to your booking with less than 48 hours notice. If you would like to make changes outside this time frame please contact boxoffice@druid.ie

How long is the performance?

The performance lasts approximately 60 minutes with no interval.

I booked my tickets but haven't received a confirmation email.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email from boxoffice@druid.ie within 24 hours of booking, please check your junk/spam folder. If it isn’t in your junk/spam it may be that the email address on your account is incorrect so please contact boxoffice@druid.ie

When will I receive information on how to access the performance?

You will receive a link and a stream code in your confirmation email. Click the link and enter your stream code to view the performance. The stream will not be active until 30 minutes prior to the performance. You will also receive a reminder email at least 24 hours prior to your performance with your link and code.

Each ticket lets you watch the show live on one device anywhere in the world.

When should I join?

We recommend joining 20 minutes prior to your chosen performance time. This will allow us to help support you if you have any technical issues without you having to miss the start of the show.

What if I arrive late?

You will be able to join the performance using your link at any time. However, you may miss the beginning of the performance and will not be able to rewind or re-watch.

Can I share my link with anyone else?

Your ticket allows you to view the performance on one device. If you share your link with anyone else and they join before you, you will be unable to join the performance.

Will I be able to watch the performance on-demand?

Once Upon a Bridge will be performed live from The Mick Lally Theatre, Galway, Thursday 11 – Saturday 13 February at 7.30pm GMT and Saturday 13 February at 2.30pm GMT. The performances will not be available on-demand. Patrons cannot rewind or re-watch the event and therefore should tune in at the time of their chosen performance.
