Non-accessible content
Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of the Druid website, we are aware of some limitations, which we are working to fix. Below is a description of known limitations. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for the Druid website:

  1. Heading Hierarchy: Some pages do not present content in a hierarchical heading organisation.
  2. PDFs: Some documents in PDF format lack a correct table heading tab order or heading order and some content may not be fully accessible.
  3. External links open without warning: Some links open a new window (or tab) without warning.
  4. Links: When a download link refers to another web page, it opens a new window or tab.
  5. Archive: Some images may be missing alternative text descriptions.
  6. Videos: The Druid website uses YouTube to host videos. You Tube videos are embedded in the Druid website using iframes. Some of the components of these iframes have known accessibility issues including:
  • Video player – keyboard accessibility: We are aware of some issues with the keyboard accessibility of video players on the website.
  • Video captions: Some of our videos do not have captions. We are continuously working on adding them to more videos.
  • Audio description: Videos on this website do not have audio description.
  • Missing title in a frame for video: When videos are embedded in a frame, the frame does not always have a title.
