Blending the evocative sounds of Irish classical music with grief poetry, our performance aims to cultivate an immersive narrative experience. Set in the kitchen, the heart of conversation, our play explores the complexities of grief while celebrating the resilient spirit woven into Ireland's heritage, offering solace and inspiration.

Musically, our idée fixe of: Imagine, appears throughout the piece in a subtle, reworked form. It acts as a thread, returning in different ways and reflecting the tension between fragility and resilience.
Each poem is built around a melody, using the material culture it evokes to deepen an understanding of how art transforms us and helps make sense of the complexities of grief.
