…an excellent show and worthy of its Scotsman First Fringe Award
”
One of the most popular plays in the company’s repertoire, The Pursuit of Pleasure, a musical revue, is based on those aspects of Oscar Wilde’s life which became part of the public imagination. This play won a Scotsman Fringe First Award at Edinburgh last year, where the ‘Scotsman’ Newspaper commented:
“This may very well be the best show on the life of Wilde since McLiammoir’s The Importance of Being Oscar …it is witty, entertaining, celebratory, and comic..”
This production was part of a Double Bill with Endgame.
